Ain’t no love in the heart of the city or in the heart of a household. At least not for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. The couple have decided to call it quits just weeks after what was their seventh anniversary.

“We have decided to end our marriage,” the couple said in a statement to E! News. “This was a very difficult decision. We have come to amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”

The reason? No one really knows at this point, but I’m sure some thirsty individual will get to the bottom of things. Or if they can’t they’ll just make up a rumor saying Anthony cheated and the entire world will take it and run with it.

Regardless, someone get Diddy on the phone. There’s always a second chance to make a second impression.
