Rumors surfaced that Jay-Z was inside the Kentucky Wildcats locker room after their win over the North Carolina Tarheels in the Elite 8 and recently it was confirmed that he was in the locker room for sure. Now we all know that’s against the rules for owners to have contact with any type of college athlete, but I guess Hov didn’t get the memo. As a punishment to Hov and the New Jersey Nets, the NBA has fined them 50,000 dollars.
