After crafting an album and going on a worldwide apology tour it looks as if Robin Thicke‘s effort to regain Paula Patton is a failure, his wife has filed for divorce.

TMZ reports that Paula filed for her divorce in Los Angeles citing the cause as irreconcilable differences. In addition to the divorce, Paula wants joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son Julian.

The divorce is believe to be “harmonious” and will not have any conflict. The couple has been separated since February 21.
