Robin Thicke and Paula Patton Home Up For Sale
by Staff Editor
According to reports from TMZ, the California home of Robin Thicke and Paula Patton is on the market for close to $3 million. Whilst this might sound expensive to some, the home is beautiful and it’s in a gorgeous location. When you combine all of this, it’s likely that the house would have a larger price tag. As so many people will be attracted to this home and the area it’s in, it will sell pretty quickly. If you’re thinking about moving over to California, you could always consider looking at some of the Palos Verdes Estates homes for sale, for example. Whilst they might not have been previously owned by Robin Thicke, there will still be some lovely homes on there. California is such a popular location to live, so make sure to find your dream home before someone else does! If you’re looking to move to this area, but are struggling to sell your current home, you could always consider applying for a bridging loan to give you the funds to purchase your next home. This will be a temporary loan to help homeowners find their next home.
Whoever eventually gets Thicke’s old home will be overwhelmed with all of the space of the property. The 3,158 square foot home was purchased by Alan Thicke, Robin’s father, in 1990 for $910,000. Neither Robin or Paula have officially moved out since their break-up in February that lead to Robin’s entire album being devoted to her, but they’ve been living separately ever since, according to his revealing interview with Hot97.
Does this mean that they’re past the point of no return or is there still a chance Robin can “Get Her Back?”
