Kanye West and Drake can’t get enough of each other. After partying it up in Toronto the night before, Yeezy brought out his first and only surprise guest for the finale of his Yeezus tour to perform their 2009 collab “Forever.” Following their track, the hometown hero performed “All Me” before Mr. West posed a question to all those in attendance: “So GRAMMY’s you’re telling me “Hold On We’re Going Home” isn’t the song of the year?”
