Grabbing national headlines is the death Michael Brown, who was shot and killed by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer this past Saturday afternoon (Aug 9). Brown was unarmed and shot multiple times by the police officer, which has since sparked riots and protest.

Tonight the Under the Influence tour, headlined by Wiz Khalifa and Young Jeezy, pulled into St. Louis and Jeezy showed support to the family and the city of Mike Brown.

Prior to taking over the stage at the Verizon Wireless Ampitheater, Jeezy issued tweets in support of Mike Brown and the city of St. Louis and visited the Durrty Boyz Radio show of local radio station Hot 104.1 wearing a shirt featuring an image Mike Brown.

Once the show kicked off, Young Jeezy took the stage wearing a “R.I.P. Mike Brown” shirt and dedicated “Soul Survivor” to Brown along with the message, “Michael this is dedicated to you tonight homie.”
