With another week of record sales in the books, Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2 reaches another major milestone this week as it passed the 2 million units sold mark. After being available for 19 weeks and landing on the #20 spot on the charts, the album was able to move another 13,278 units to put it at 2,003,749 total units sold, which officially makes it double-platinum. This makes it his seventh album to reach such a milestone. Looks like Em has even more to celebrate after the announcement of “The Monster” tour with Rihanna. Congrats, Slim Shady!
