Around 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning (Oct. 27), Chris Brown was arrested for attacking a man outside of the W hotel.

Reports claim the singer slung a gay slur at two men attempting to take a pic with him. “I’m not into this gay sh-t,” Brown allegedly said before launching into the mano-a-mano altercation. “I’m into boxing.”

According to TMZ, Brown remains in custody and the victim is being treated at a nearby D.C. hospital.

The assault and arrest violates Brown’s probabtion, which could assure jail time for the “Love More” singer.
