Today is a special day for our community – it’s the 44th birthday of the greatest, most innovative genre in music, hip-hop!

While all of us celebrate this beautiful genre on a daily basis, today we take the time to remember the true pioneers of hip-hop and Google joins in in a major way with a front page, interactive Doodle teaching users about the birth of hip-hop.
