After months of being in the news for her exploits, Amanda Bynes took to twitter earlier today to speak her mind on being painted as “insane” by the public. A slew of tweets from the actress touched on her pushing back at magazines that she feels portray her as mentally unstable and “choose the most hideous shots of me.”

But Bynes was far from done then.

She then went on to claim that she was verbally and physically assaulted by her father as a child. “He called me ugly as a child and then asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and i did not know how to respond and I said no and then I was forced to live with my dad which was a total nightmare,” said Bynes.

She later retracted the statements about her father and claimed that “The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he’s the one that ordered them to microchip me.”

According to TMZ, Bynes spent today trying to flee New York City once she found out that her family was attempting to come and encourage her to seek help for what they’re calling a condition.

Reports are saying that Bynes first went to LaGuardia Airport but was asked to leave after getting into an altercation with an employee after she was told her flight wouldn’t leave immediately. She was then reported to have gotten in the car to head towards JFK.
