It was previously reported that Kodak Black had gotten into a fight with a prison guard last month. Now things are starting to look bad for the rapper, as he’s been sentenced to 46 months in prison.

Before the sentence, the rapper was already facing up to 10 years behind bars. As yesterday, its guaranteed that he will be doing some hard time. Kodak pleaded guilty and was sentenced in relation to his firearms arrest in the spring in addition to his recent sentence.

During his court hearing, the judge scolded Kodak for being a negligent young adult, pointing out that he’s been “doing stupid things since [he] was fifteen.” Now, the details regarding his fight with a security guard have been released.

According to the Miami Herald, the rapper was under the influence of drugs at the time of the attack. He was pepper-sprayed by the officer, causing Kodak to lash out and punch the guard twice before reportedly grabbing his testicles. According to the report, the officers “abdomen and intestinal wall were breached,” due to Kodak handling his testicles.

The guard reportedly required surgery for his injuries and now, Kodak’s involvement in the brawl is being outlined. No charges have been filed yet against the rapper for the fight. Stay tuned for more updates.
