Pusha T Commemorates Virginia Beach Shooting Victims

On Friday afternoon, there was a tragic shooting on Virginia Beach. An unidentified gunman opened fire and killed nearly a dozen people and took their lives at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center. The shooter was killed at the scene by the police after an enduring struggle.

According to HotNewHipHop, the suspect is considered to be a long time and current employee of the city who attacked victims at random. No motives behind the shooting have been revealed as of yet, but victims were since identified.

Many celebrities mourned and offered their condolences, including Pharrell Williams who is originally from Virginia Beach stating: “We are praying for our city, the lives that were lost, their families and everyone affected.” And now, rapper Pusha T is offering his condolences:

The Daytona rapper also posted a photo which read “Play for Virginia Beach” to his I Instagram account. Pusha was raised in the area surrounding Virginia Beach, so the shooting certainly hit home for him.
