Max B Associate Shuts Down Rumor That He Was Released From Prison

In 2009, Max B was found guilty of nine felonies, including murder, conspiracy, and robbery charges, in which he took a plea deal in 2016, reducing his 75-year sentencing to only 20 years.
He is currently set to be released on November 9, 2025, but for the past few days, rumors have circulated that the rapper was released early. However, a close source to Max B took to Instagram to clear the rumor on the rapper’s behalf.⠀⠀⠀
“All the enthusiasm upon Charly’s alleged release yesterday is truly appreciated. Although the Internet rumor is false and not founded on any reliable facts, It’s just a matter of time before it becomes a reality. Thanks to all his fans for the genuine love and support. As a reminder, on September 16, 2016, #maxb140’s sentence was drastically reduced,” Masar wrote.
He added, “the verdict delivered by The Honorable James J. Guida was triumphal and every day that passes by, Charly is getting closer to his release date. Masar didn’t provide any further details on the release but he did state a number of other close associates are working hard on Max B’s early release.
