DJ Akademiks took to Youtube to explain some rumors swirling about the Drake/Pusha T beef that has been the topic of speculation for some weeks now. Drake personally reached out to Akademiks to deny there is any diss records on his forthcoming album ‘Scorpion’ which is due June 29th. Here are some of the rumors he addressed:

1. There is no song on ‘Scorpion’ that was changed into a diss song.
2. Confirms J Prince’s narrative “At times shit goes beyond just music,” he continued, saying that him preparing the response track took him to a “very dark place.”
3. Drake reiterates we will “understand” when his album is released stating “there are answers there.”
4. He did take the diss song that J Prince spoke about and toned it down; it will appear on the album.
