Kendrick Lamar is quickly become the must watch event at every award show and his appearance at the BRIT Awards is proof of the claim.

Lamar took the stage and performed an excerpt of “FEEL.” off 2017’s DAMN. before transitioning into “New Freezer,” his collaboration with Rich the Kid, who was on stage destroying a Lamborghini. Behind the two MCs the screen read “This is another satire by Kendrick Lamar,” a reference to the similar message that appeared at the Grammys. Lamar wound up taking home the BRIT’s International Male Solo Artist award, beating out Drake and Childish Gambino, among others.

Kendrick has a lot to celebrate this year. The ‘Black Panther’ soundtrack is one of the hip-hop highlights, which is great coming off his Grammy’s wins for DAMN.
