Baltimore city is a hub for new and promising hip-hop talent, and it seems like every day, week or month, we’re introduced to yet another potential star from a city that could use it.

Introducing 18-year old Jayy Grams, this young lyricist has the keys for success and the talent to match. An old soul in a young body, this Baltimore emcee already has the “know how” to achieve all of his musical dreams. Today, we’re excited to premiere his brand new EP Good Times along with a new visual for his track “5AM,” which also lives on the EP.

When discussing this new project, Jayy makes it clear that what he’s bringing to the table is quite different from the current sound hip-hop’s providing. Here’s what he told us:

“I am excited to finally be dropping my sh*t. I worked so hard on it because I see the climate of the hip-hop industry now. It’s time to bring it back to the lyrical sh*t and I am confident that I can do just that.”
