A veteran in the game, DJ Kay Slay is still doing what he does best. Releasing his fourth studio album ‘The Big Brother‘ last month which featured a slew of artists including Dave East, the Outlaws, Kendrick Lamar, Lloyd Banks, Nipsey Hussle, and various others, the New York DJ called on hip-hop legends Ice-T & Kool G Rap for the official video of their collaborative effort, “Hip Hop Icons.”

Indeed they are, Ice-T and Kool G Rap treat us to an in-studio performance over a gritty instrumental, where they remind listeners of their resume and why they’re solidified in the hip-hop game.
