Somewhat deep into the dates of his “DAMN. Tour,” Kendrick Lamar is making the dreams of many fans come true as he tours the United States in support of his latest studio LP. Recently being certified double platinum by the RIAA, the demand for the “LOYALTY.” star is at the highest heights it has ever been.

Recently (7/26) performing in Detroit for his latest concert stop, the rapper put on the show as scheduled, but had one massive surprise in store for fans. Unbeknownst to concert-goers, Kendrick had plans to bring out a fellow Hip Hop superstar. Surprising everyone by welcoming J. Cole to the stage, the 4 Your Eyes Only creator ran through hits like, “Deja Vu,” “No Role Modelz” and more.

As J. Cole is also currently hitting several cities apart of his “4 Your Eyez Only World Tour,” it’s more than pleasant to see him take some time out to support his friend and Hip-Hop peer.
