Drake Has Spent Eight Years Straight On The Billboard Hot 100 Chart

Over his career, Drake has shattered record after record associated with the Billboard Hot 100 chart, but his latest accomplishment tops them all.
It’s been revealed today that since releasing his hit single “Best I Ever Had” in 2009, Drake has spent eight years straight on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. To put that in perspective, this means that every single week since May 23, 2009, Drake has had at least one song of his own or one he was featured on that charted on the Hot 100. Incredible.
Drake’s record sits pretty at 420 weeks, with his boss Lil Wayne comfortably at number 2 with 326, followed by Rihanna’s 216. Drake currently has a total of 154 songs that have hit the charts, the most out of any solo act.
Drizzy also has 20 top 10 hits, which puts him in a class of just 18 artists to have at least that many.
Congratulations to Drake and the OVO squad for this incredible achievement!
