The legend opens the piece with the declaration of promising to teach people to never feel obligated to his help.

“This message is for anybody that feels like they contributed to my success and they feel like I owe them or I promised them something. M***********, I’ma promise you this.”

The Dah Dah directed music video later pictures an aspiring rapper, who reminds Snoop of a “fake a** T-Fly,” pulling up demanding to see the rapper for a “promised record deal.” Little did he know, he was going to leave very disappointed. Poor dude.
