Drake sat with DJ Semtex last night to talk about his grind throughout his career, feuds, his relationship with peer artists and much more.

Drizzy talked about a variety of key points in his life. From working with Dr. Dre on Detox during his time on Degrassi to the success he gained from his own album, Views. He admitted the Grammy nominated project allowed him to “take a lot of risks” that he was ready for.

Of course there was no avoiding mentioning his past beef with Meek Mill. They touched on the impact it had on he and Nicki Minaj’s relationship and how he didn’t want to harm Nicki in any possible way.

“My biggest focus the entire time was, ‘I cannot disrespect Nicki Minaj or use Nicki Minaj in any way other than to lift her up.’ That’s not in my character.”
