This past weekend, HOT 97 hosted the biggest holiday concert of the season, Hot for the Holidays. Hip-Hop fans and music lovers headed to Prudential Center to see electrifying performances by Usher, Travis Scott, T.I., Young Thug, Flex & Friends ft. Fat Joe & Remy Ma, French Montana, Young M.A, & PHresher, Lil Yachty, Joey Bada$$, Jidenna, and Kehlani.

And no HOT 97 event is complete without a few surprise guests. Teyana Taylor, A$AP Ferg, Jeezy, and Casanova all made surprise appearances, helping make Hot for the Holidays the ultimate holiday Hip Hop celebration!

HOT 97’s legendary DJs and on-air hosts, including Ebro, Rosenberg, Nessa, DJ Enuff and DJ Camilo, got the party started, as Jidenna kicked off performances with his soulful songs, including “Long Live the Chief.” Next up, Kehlani showed off her skills, before Joey Bada$$ made his way to the stage and lit up the crowd! Soon after, Lil Yachty kept the energy high with his hits including “Broccoli” and “One Night,” as the crowd acted as his hype-man and sang along.

The night was just getting started though, as T.I. took to the stage to deliver such classic hits as “Top Down,” “Whatever You Like,” and “Live Your Life”, before it was time for the highly anticipated Flex & Friends set. PHresher hit the stage first to perform “Wait a Minute,” as the crowd sang along, followed by Young M.A, who had the whole arena singing every word of her hit single, “OOOUUU”. Up next, French Montana brought out surprise guest, Jeezy, while Fat Joe and Remy Ma had everyone rapping along to their hits “All the Way Up,” “Lean Back,” and more. Flex finished up his set by bringing out another surprise guest, New York artist, Casanova, who kept the energy up with his performance of “Don’t Run.”

The night continued with Travis Scott exclaiming his support for Kanye West, before going into his set, complete with using a young child in the front row’s phone as part of his skit and jumping into the crowd to perform “Goosebumps.” After a brief intermission, Usher emerged from the shadows and began his set with “Good Kisser”. The music legend serenaded the crowd as he showed off his dance skills, especially during a sultry number with special guest, Teyana Taylor, during Usher’s song, “Bad Girl”. Usher also brought out A$AP Ferg, as well as Young Thug to perform “No Limit.” As the night came to an end, the celebration of the holidays was just beginning.
