Beloved rap star Kendrick Lamar and NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal have recently partnered with American Express in light of the holiday season. The credit card company’s goal is to encourage card members to “shop small” and “earn big” with their new rewards program.

American Express will be working with Shaq to raise awareness for the Shop Small® for 2X Rewards offer, the company’s largest and longest running campaign yet. To kick off the campaign, the NBA star is joined by K. Dot for a hilarious set of ads, showing the American Express Credit Card. The two enjoy an afternoon at local LA soap shop, Soaptopia, sampling unique scents including the exclusive “Luscious Lamar Bar” and “Shea Butter Shaq.” Thanks to American Express, those short spots are now available for our viewing pleasure.

Shaq plans to partner with American Express beyond this campaign and certainly values their relationship. “As a Card Member since 1992, American Express has been a part of my life from when I began my NBA career to today,” O’Neal said. “I am excited to partner with such an internationally respected brand that has supported small businesses for more than 25 years.”
