Yesterday was a great day for Nas who received the Jimmy Iovine Icon Award on the last day of the 2016 REVOLT Music Conference Gala Dinner.

The hip-hip icon was honored for his lasting impact in the music industry throughout his 22 year career. Sean “Diddy” Combs, being the REVOLT Chairman and a leader in hip-hop, himself, presented Nas with the award. They were surrounded by peers who have dabbled their own hands in the evolution of music and technology, as well as, loved ones like Nas’ daughter, Destiny Jones (who surprised her dad), DMX, and Busta Rhymes.

Of course the evening could not end without a little entertainment. Kehlani graced the stage performing “CRZY” before Bibi Bourelly made an appearance with “Ballin.”
