YG and Interscope Agree on Deal for 4Hunnid Records

With a brackin sophomore album, a nationwide tour and a couple of hot singles, it has been a great summer for YG. Billboard reports the good news is still flowing, YG has inked a multi-million-dollar deal with Interscope for his 4Hunnid Records imprint.

“After the album came out and had its success, Joie (the President of Urban Music at Interscope and a former Def Jam exec) was really behind our whole movement and everything we had going on,” YG shared.

“YG has an unbelievable eye for talent and an innate understanding of what people want to hear,” John Janick, chairman and CEO of Interscope Geffen A&M, shared with Billboard.
