When your name is Drake and someone sends a diss your way what do you do? If you guessed send a diss back, yes, but more.

As you probably know by now Joe Budden and Drake have exchanged a few works on wax and with bars exchanged Drizzy reached out via DM. That’s right, Joe received a DM from Drizzy.

Budden sat down with ESPN’s Cari Champion and detailed that he received a message from Drake on Instagram inviting him to one of his headlining performances in New York City.

“He started off with ‘I would like to formally invite you to one of my four Madison Square Garden shows, August 4th. You and however many people you’d like to bring,” Joe shared. “Then after that it said, ‘and I bet you can’t release 25 diss records between now and then.”

Joe said he responded with a laughing emoji, which was followed with “If you can, I will give you $10,000 LOL” from Drake.

That’s an interesting conversation between two people who are at odds with each other. Is this drake’s idea of killing with kindness?
