It’s been a little while since we really heard Yasiin Bey (that’s Mos Def in case you didn’t know by now) release new music. The last time we heard him rap was when he spit a freestyle about the whole situation with his South Africa arrest.

The drought is over now as he lets go of “Dec 99th – N.A.W.”, which stands for Needs And Wants. Unfortunately he’s not rapping on this one but it’s nice to finally hear from him.
