The saga continues. According to a new report from TMZ, Jimmy Winfrey, the man who allegedly shot up Lil Wayne’s tour bus this past April and is now facing charges from it, has said that Birdman should be “held liable” for the situation according to new court documents.

As we’ve previously reported, Birdman was accused of conspiring to kill Weezy for the tour bus shooting incident, and went on to adamantly deny any involvement in his recent in-depth interview with Angie Martinez.

TMZ apparently got their hands on the newly filed court documents, which has Winfrey state that Birdman, “should be held liable as a party to the crime.” So while he doesn’t come right out and say something like, “Birdman paid me to shoot at Wayne,” it is interesting to hear Winfrey make these claims.
