Teasing the audience once again, he asks members to point out the tracks he performs that are hits. Leaving many bewildered at his humble statement, we immediately realize that another surprise is on the way, but this time, it’s not a rap veteran, but he is from Atlanta. R&B sounds hit the speakers, and the ladies start screaming as they notice that Usher is emerging from behind the stage. The rapper-singer duo perform their 2008 hit “Love In This Club” in full, with Usher leaving the crowd with a big taste of his harmonic vocals. After Usher blesses the audience with some kind remarks on his longtime friend, he exits the stage, with Jeezy getting right back into his hits. “I Luv It” is next, and fans haven’t missed a step, re-enacting the same crowd ambiance from the popular music video in 2006.

The rapper continues his well-known song streak, transitioning right into another track that features Jay Z, “I Do.” As many continue to wonder if the New York veteran will make a late appearance with the ATL legend, he is again, nowhere to be found. Instead, the audience sees a different figure appear in the shadows next to Jeezy – Andre 3000. The energy in the building reaches the peak of the evening, as the low-key artist spits his rarely performed verse. Within moments after the song’s completion, we hear that Big Boi is in the building, who comes out to show love to Jeezy and his Outkast brother. The dynamic duo opt out of performing one of their legendary hits, but the rare appearance alone is enough for the stunned fans.

Ending the night of surprises, Jeezy makes a lengthy speech to the audience about his legacy, which seems to foreshadow the next, and last, artist to hit the stage with him. As the build-up to “Put On” hits the audience, Kanye West wastes no time to hit the stage, and performs the full song with Jeezy before getting to his famous verse. Incorporating a big of moves from his notorious “Kanye dancing” video, the Yeezy we all know and love shows us that he hasn’t forgotten about his hardcore rap years.

The night of surprises, reflection, and celebration comes to a close, as Jeezy gives the fans an encore with “Seen It All,” ending the epic show. While he focuses on the next 10 years ahead, fans can rest easy knowing that Jeezy hasn’t forgotten a single moment that’s built his musical empire. –Lindsey India

  1. Jeezy simply shut down all of ATL with his 10 year anniversary
concert and after reading this article it honestly felt like I was there vividly experiencing the whole thing. There is no question that Jeezy delivered an energetic set to his die hard audience members and after watching a few clips of the concert it was quite evident that there was no shortage of energy from the crowd during the show. One thing for a fact though is that energy in the room unquestionably turned up a plethora of notches when Yeezy came out and performed a heaven sent performance with Jeezy! Jeezy’s fans at this concert most definitely can say they’ve “Seen it All”.
