Young Thug To Release New Mixtape Same Day As Lil Wayne

The Young Thug antics continue. After Lil Wayne recently announced that his new project Free Weezy Album would be dropping on July 4th, it appears that Thugger has once again copied Wayne and plans to drop a new mixtape deemed Slime Season on July 4th as well. He took to Instagram to share the news.
It’s hard to think that Birman’s new protege is simply showing love and respect to Wayne at this point — it feels a lot more like a massive troll. But, nonetheless, there’s no rules about dropping projects the same day as other people, so we’re in for an exciting day on July 4th.
