Tyler, The Creator has proved that he lives up to his name over the years, creating tons of ventures for himself and his team.

After seeing a large amount of success through his television shows, commercials, and music, the Odd Future member seems to be in a great place.

Tyler stopped by Hot 97 to talk about a slew of topics, including why he’s happier now, his new album Cherry Bomb, the rumors on Odd Future breaking up, and much more.

As to whether the beloved hip-hop group has officially called it quits, he told the hosts, “I tweeted like, ‘Although those seven letters isn’t really a thing like that, those are still my ni**as for life.’ People took that out of context, like, ‘Oh, shit. He don’t f**k with these ni**as no more. They broke up. Everybody’s f***ed up.’ I was just like, ‘Yo, hey, look at the post before that.’ It’s like a picture link of 30 ni**as outside of a store. But no one said anything about that. I kind of said that, ‘Yo, I was just reminiscing and stuff.’ It’s some truth behind that. We haven’t really done anything together in a while. Everyone is just doing their own thing.”

Tyler even shared a hilarious story about Denzel Washington, and the controversy with Mountain Dew, where his voice was featured in a harshly-critiqued commercial.
