This year’s Broccoli City Festival was one to remember. Taking place in Washington, DC for the 3rd consecutive year, BC Fest came equipped with the hard-to-beat combination of a diverse lineup and a strong commitment to sustainability, specifically recycling, energy and health. A general admission ticket came with access to yoga classes, vendors, and a wellness center, which included massage therapy.

Willow and Jaden Smith were on hand to perform at this year’s show, and they must’ve had a great time since both were seen jumping into the photo pit while Tink performed her set. Epic to say the least. Joey Bada$$, Kaytranada, Kali Uchis, Tiara Thomas, Sunny & Gabe and headliner Erykah Badu aka DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown owned the main stage on Saturday, to continue the celebration of Earth Day.

The environmentally based organization Broccoli City also helped make recycling easy by having plenty of recyclable areas at the venue, and Shoe City/Reebok were in attendance giving away free Reebok Ventilator sneakers with duffle bags. VIP partygoers were provided with games from CupSetDC, such as flip cup and beer pong. It was a tremendous day.
