It seems like everyday has been getting better for TIDAL account holders since its re-launch on March 30th, 2015. The streaming service’s main selling points are “high fidelity” sound quality and its mission “to put the power back into the artists’ hands.” To some, that’s still not worth the extra money -but that changes now. Business Insider recently announced that $20-a-month subscribers get a chance to get a personal phone call from Jay Z.

Hov has been phoning new TIDAL users thanking them for signing up to his streaming service. “He called some of his fans and one of them made the funniest comment,” revealed TIDAL executive Vania Schlogel. “He said, ‘this is the best customer service call I’ve ever received!’”

Other artists behind TIDAL have also been thanking their fans via a personal phone call. Musicians involved in the service are given their own accounts on the site which allows them to monitor the streaming activity of their music, as well as access to users’ contact information.

This has to be one of the greatest perks of all time for any streaming service. Go sign up!
