There’s always one bad apple trying to ruin it for the rest. With Run The Jewels rocking Spotify House yesterday (March 16) in Austin, Texas for SXSW, one unfortunate audience member attempted to attack the duo.

Fortunately, the encounter didn’t last long and the show continued on without any other issues. “thanks to everyone who watched us rock the @Spotify house! sorry for the brief interruption,” El-P tweeted after the show.

To be clear and possibly send off a warning to other folks thinking they can get over Run The Jewels, El-P also tweeted that the security handling the minor scuffle was all there people. “those weren’t audience members fucking dude up that was our people. we are about peace but don’t make the mistake of thinking we are alone,” he wrote.

Hopefully that is the end of idiots trying to ruin good fun.
