February is finally here, and that means that Black History Month is now amongst us. With all that’s been happening in the country in the last 6 months, from racial injustices involving police brutality, to protests uniting cultures together, this year might be a more essential time to celebrate the important month. There is so much historical knowledge to be recognized during this time of year, and some of our favorite artists have made sure that we are all educated, with our eyes wide open, over the years. Learning about the pharaohs and Kings before us, along with the harder times that built tons of strength, our Black History Month playlist can provide as a great soundtrack for February.
