Bobby Schmurda’s Brooklyn Gun Charge Will Be Dismissed

According to a statement made by Bobby Schmurda’s attorney, Howard Greenberg, to Revolt, the gun case against Schumrda regarding a Brooklyn shooting will be dismissed in two weeks.

Schmurda and members of GS9 were arrested and charged with almost 7o crimes, spanning from murder, to conspiracy to commit murder and gun possession.

Before his trial date of January 29, where he plans to enter a plea of “not guilty,” Schmurda has some good news to celebrate.

“Brooklyn D.A. office announced that the gun case in Brooklyn will be dismissed in about two weeks,” said Greenberg.

As far as what’s to com next, Greenberg said “Brooklyn is done and now it’s on to Manhattan, where we need to teach these adversaries a lesson.”
