The end of 2014 was a huge time for Nicki Minaj with the release of her latest album, The Pinkprint, which is the focus of her new documentary Nicki Minaj: My Time Again.

In the documentary’s official trailer Nicki states, “I didn’t know this album would entail an emotional rollercoaster. No one could prepare for this business. Until you are in it you really can’t wrap your brain around it.”

The My Time Again trailer shows moments with Nicki ranging from her wardrobe malfunction and the snake bite of one of her “Anaconda” dancers to moments with her family, adversaries and personal emotional moments. 

The Nicki Minaj: My Time Again documentary will premiere on MTV next Sunday, January 18 at 10 pm EST. Check out the trailer above
