Mila J has been doing this music thing for quite awhile. In the second installment of her Made In L.A. series, the artist takes a trip down memory lane hitting her favorite health food store and restaurant, Simply Wholesome, as well as visiting her childhood home.

After receiving permission from the new homeowners, Mila reminisces on growing up on Rodeo Dr. and La Brea Ave. where her father created a make-shift, garage studio.“This is where it all started,” she said.

The memory lane ends at her new home, Motown Records, which is located in the Capitol Records building in Hollywood. “History is about to made,” she said.
