When in California recently, Lil Wayne decided to add to his tattoo collection by adding what appears to be a third eye emerging from his chin and arabic text over his eyebrow. They say once you start you don’t want to stop. I’m not entirely sure that’s true, and can think of examples that say otherwise, but Wayne seems to have made a hobby out of this.
