Keyshia Cole May Serve 30 Days in Jail For 2002 DUI Arrest

Earlier this week, Keyshia Cole was in Los Angeles Country Court with her attorney trying to prove to a judge that she completed alcohol education courses after a 2002 DUI arrest. Cole was supposed to provide proof to the court that she had done so, but an arrest warrant was issued back in 2004 after she didn’t, according to TMZ.

The judge was stern in not letting her just walk away from the situation, but did offer hints of leniency by stating that she could avoid spending 30 days in jail if she can provide proof that she completed the course by the hearing in February 2015.
