We don’t have Tha Carter V to enjoy yet, but Lil Wayne does us a favor and drops off the new track  “Gotti” featuring The Lox. The legendary rap group brings the bars out of Wayne, showing us what we could hear consistently from Wayne on the forthcoming album.

In addition to the tape, we receive some information on Tha Carter V, as Wayne reveals in a Public Service Announcement the album will come in two parts, the first arriving on December 9.
