After giving us the video for “Trap Back” last month, 2 Chainz decides to keep the ball rolling by unleashing a brand new video for another FreeBase cut titled “They Know” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Cap-1.

With the Young Chop instrumental roaring in the background, Ty delivers a soothing and memorable hook, while Chainz and his artist Cap-1 deliver some hot verses to go with it. 2 Chainz and Cap both brought a lot of energy with their verses, while Ty mellowed things out with his confident, and straight-forward hook — a perfect combination.

Did I mention that Ty hasn’t missed yet? His hooks, songs, writing skills (cc: “Loyal”) are unmatched right now, and it’s great to witness it happen.

The simplicity of the video, which includes some beautiful women, weed smoke and some trippy effects, is fitting for this type of track, and also a great way for Titty Boi to keep the FreeBase campaign going. Chainz is working on his 3rd studio album, which he says will be out later this year, but no worries — FreeBase oughta hold us over until then.
