Beyonce and Solange Attend Chime for Change Anniversary Event

Gucci Fifth Avenue in New York City was the scene for the Chime for Change one-year anniversary event that was attended by co-founder Beyonce. Event hosts Frida Gianninni, who is also the Gucci Creative Director, and T Magazine editor-in-chief Deborah, joined Mrs. Carter in celebration.

E! Reports, Solange Knowles was also in attendance at the one-year celebration as she accompanied her sister to the event. The Knowles sisters were stunning in their simple and chic attire as Beyonce wore white jumpsuit and Solange wore white pants accented by an orange blouse.

Throughout the course of the evening, Solange took over the deejay both spinning tunes for those at the event. During her time at the celebration Beyonce  donated $500,000 to the charity and enjoyed conversation with actress Blake Lively, who was included in the promotional “movie” trailer for the On The Run Tour, Queen Bey will be participating in with husband Jay Z.

Chime for Change is a global campaign that helps strengthen and unite the voices of women all around the world. The efforts of the campaign has reached over 80 countries and contributed to 300 projects, which promote education, health and justice for girls and women. In addition to the “Drunk in Love” singer, Giannii and actress Salma Hayek founded the Chime for Change campaign.
