It’s already been confirmed that Aretha Franklin will be working with Babyface for most of her next album, which is due out sometime this year, but in a rather different turn of events, it appears that there will be more collaborators on the upcoming project. During her exclusive star-studded 72nd birthday, the iconic singer stated that she was waiting on Babyface to finish up a Broadway musical piece for “After Midnight” featuring Toni Braxton and then casually stated that she was working with Andre 3000. When asked about her new project she was quoted in saying [with her infamous smile]:

“I’m just waiting for him [Babyface] to finish that so he can finish my tracks please… And I think Andre 2000 – is it two or three? 3000 is going to be doing some tracks with him.”
