Chance The Rapper got comfortable on his first visit to BET’s 106 & Park as he and Bow Wow spoke about his decision to remain independent from a label. The Chicago MC delved into his musical tastes and how his hometown influences his sound, “I think Chicago music influences all sound in terms of like music is ground zero for the blues music, the jazz movement,” he explained. “I have all of those elements in my stuff… I’m a really big jazz head but its music, its hip hop I have hot bars.”

The bromance continued when they spoke about his nomination to for “Mixtape of the Year” at the BET Hip Hop Awards.
