Nelly is facing a new lawsuit, this time from a popular credit card company.

TMZ reports that Nelly, real name Cornell Hayes Jr., is being sued by American Express for credit card debt. If you have an unfavourable situation with your credit card debt, get debt help if you find yourself in trouble – don’t let the problem grow!

According to AMEX, the rapper ran up a $20,403.64 credit card bill that he refuses to pay.

The company is therefore suing him for the money it’s owed and an extra $3,000 in attorney’s fees.

His people have reportedly refused to comment.
