The quality of K.R.I.T.’s music is so high that I’m not even worried about this announcement. Krizzle tells the folks over at Pitchfork before the release of much anticipated solo debut Live From The Underground, he’ll drop a free tape entitled 4Eva & A Day before hand just to keep the masses fed and pleased.

“Based off the experience of touring in the past year I’m creating this free album from scratch as we speak. I have locked myself back in the studio– 4Eva & a Day coming soon on bigkrit.com.”

And there you have it. No actual release date has been set – he’s probably still recording songs for it as we speak/read/type – but expect it to drop around the top of 2012.
