Yung Berg To Teach A Class At Miami High School

Yung Berg. The man. The myth. The legend. For years now, the guy has been the butt of jokes for his run-ins with the law, falling off motorcycles while high and being slapped by rappers (most notably, Maino). And who could forget the nationwide tour his Transformers chain did? Yeah, there a lot of things to say about Berg that wouldn’t exactly be the nicest in the world.

Yet, he is attempting to do something worthwhile for a good cause. Tomorrow, the rapper will teach students at Miami’s Felix Varela Senior High School about the importance of voting in conjuction with “Democracy Class.” Rock The Vote’s national program will be doing this in over 1,000 classrooms in every state. Darren Criss from Glee taught a class at Alexander Hamilton High School last week to kick start the initiative.
