A drunk mind speaks a sober thought. It also causes you to say stuff you normally wouldn’t in public.

Take Keith Murray for example. He’s always been a decent guy in my book. I was never his biggest fan but somewhere around my apartment is Enigma. He has also always been a guy to speak his mind and that’s exactly what he did recently. I’m not saying Keith wouldn’t have exposed this info had he not be under the influence, but dude was obviously past drunk and heading to the “wasted” stage of intoxication. Outside of B.B. Kings, K.M. found a camera and poured his drunken soul out.

He spoke on how he “squared up” with Tupac Shakur at the House of Blues in Los Angeles way back when. I’ve always felt that any artist that was at least marginally big during the mid 90s had at least one Tupac story – good or bad. According to Keith, Redman can verify his account. Maybe I missed it, but I couldn’t tell if they actually fought or just yelled at each other. The last place you probably wanted to fight Pac during this time was in L.A., so I’m almost positive it’s more to this story than drunken accounts.

He did, however, have an altercation with Dame Dash. Let Murray tell it and he smashed a bottle over Dame’s eye causing him to get 10 stitches. Word to his dead mother. I still have no clue why he’s bringing it up now, but I guess he got what he wanted. A blog post.
