Anthony “Harv” Ellison, who was convicted of kidnapping Tekashi 6ix9ine back in October, is requesting an acquittal and new trial from a judge. According to AllHipHop News, Ellison and his lawyer, Deveraux L. Cannick, have proceeded in asking Paul A. Engelmayer for the entry of a judgment of acquittal on all counts and another trial.
